As a Growth Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that accelerate business outcomes for our B2B SaaS clients. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to inform your strategies. Your ability to experiment, analyze, and scale successful growth initiatives will be essential in this role.
Develop and implement growth marketing strategies that drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Manage and optimize performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing.
Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and overall campaign performance.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Identify new growth channels and opportunities to expand our reach and increase client engagement.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, digital advertising, and the financial services industry.
Proven experience as a Growth Marketer or similar role, with a track record of driving growth in a B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.
Proficiency in performance marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
Strong understanding of the B2B financial services landscape and the ability to tailor strategies to meet client needs.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Knowledge of B2B marketing and the financial services industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
